DuoPlank exclusive is made up of an 8 mm waterproof birch plywood and a 3 mm solid oak top layer. A qualitatively stable product and extremely suitable as a consumer and project flooring.
The parquet can be supplied in various breathtaking colours. An advantage of ready-made parquet is that it can be used immediately after installation. This speeds up the installation of the floor, because there are no drying times.

SMOKED OAK
Smoking oak is a process in which the wood darkens under the influence of ammonia vapours. The color that develops depends on the tannin content. It can vary from board to board. Sapwood is young wood and contains hardly any tannin. As a result, it discolours much less or not compared to heartwood.
Under the influence of UV light (daylight), smoked oak becomes up to 30% lighter in color in the first 3 to 6 months. After that, the color stabilizes.
